MINERAL PROCESSING SERVICES

We transform mineral rich earth into high quality market-ready products through crushing, grinding, smelting and chemical processing. We process the produce of our mines and those of mining companies who partner with us before sales.

HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY SERVICES

We enforce strict safety protocols and regular training to protect workers and communities from mining related health risks. We develop and implement the following strategic actions to minimize ecological damage; land reclamation, rehabilitation, water management and emission control. We comply with global environmental safety regulations in all company operations

MINING OPERATIONS

We utilize efficient and sustainable methods to remove valuable minerals from the earth in our mining operations. Presently we have 2 mines.



Koko Mine
The mine is located in Nasarawa state in the North Central Zone of Nigeria. It covers an area of 5.6 Km2. It is operated as a surface mine. This location has various mineral deposits.
Karu Mine Also located in Nasarawa state but not yet operational.
LOGISTICS & EXPORT SERVICES
Origin of all products: Nigeria
Product physical specification: Based on buyer’s preference
Product quantity: Based on buyer’s preference
Product price: Negotiable / Kg or Metric ton
Payment method: Cash advance, Wire transfer, 100% Irrevocable SBLC or Letter of credit (L/C) from a prime bank
Loading Port: Any functional International Airport or sea port of buyer’s choice in Nigeria
Shipping time: 15 days after confirmation of payment or L/C
Trade Process: Depends on buyer’s preference & delivery location.
For delivery locations within Nigeria, we undertake either of the following:
  • We undertake the delivery of products to an agreed location within Nigeria for a fee i.e. transportation / insurance / handling costs are prepaid by buyer.
  • The buyer takes delivery of the goods from our loading base at no extra cost.

For delivery locations outside Nigeria, we use FOB or CIF or Air Freight / Cargo:

  • Freight On Board (FOB): The seller handles loading costs & transportation of product to the port of exit in Nigeria while the buyer pays marine freight transportation cost, insurance fee, unloading cost, and the transportation cost from the buyer’s country port to the final destination.
  • Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF): The seller is in charge of everything; loading of vessel, paying insurance, and sending product to an agreed delivery port location.
  • Air Freight or Air Cargo for International shipping: According to the Warsaw convention, all shipping risks are borne by the airline once delivery & insurance payments are made to the airline.


Partnerships & Joint Ventures

  • We are open to joint ventures and partnerships in all our services and processes in our value chain that can enhance our operations and improve the quality of our products, namely mineral exploration, mining, mineral processing, product fabrication, sales, and export logistics.
  • We pay a commission to brokers for international trade referrals that end in an export transaction.

Sustainability & Ethics

  • We communicate and engage with all major stakeholders because we are committed to operating in a responsible and sustainable manner.
  • That is why we have obtained all necessary operating licenses and permits from the Federal and State Governments.
  • That is also why we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of Community Development Agreement (CDA) with our mining communities.
  • Our environmental management system includes a reclamation stage and early alert systems involving community members and workers.
  • We partner with our mining community and government security agencies to maintain appropriate security in all our mines and operations.
  • All these actions and policies ensure that our operational activities are environmentally safe, friendly, secure, and beneficial to all stakeholders.
